  • Rust Removal & Conversion: We don’t just cover surface rust—we actively remove it using wire wheel/needle gunning and then neutralize any remaining rust with a rust converter. The metal is then treated with etch primer and coated with black zinc before applying the final layer of bitumen-based rust-proofing.

Note: Vehicles with severe saltwater damage or extensive rust issues, such as those used in mining or exposed to chemicals, can still benefit from rust proofing. However, these vehicles may require ongoing maintenance and more frequent reapplications to manage rust effectively.
